Wash and chop, add water and cook, season with oil and salt, and eat regularly. 6) Use 10 grams each of hawthorn, tangerine peel, and lotus leaf. Add water to boil the soup, and drink the juice instead of tea. 7) Eat more nourishing foods such as white fungus, mulberries, pears, star fruits, and black plums. Take 10 grams each of white fungus, wolfberry, lily, 12 red dates, and an appropriate amount of rock sugar. Add water and stew before drinking. You can eat more warm foods such as leeks and walnuts.
