The prescription uses Erxian Decoction with modifications, and commonly used ingredients include Curculigo, Epimedium, Bupleurum, White Peony, Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, Roasted Licorice, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Cyperus rotundus, Curcuma, Trichosanthes, Sargassum, Citrus aurantium, and Aralia dahurica.

4. Internal obstruction of toxicity and blood stasis: Treatment: Promote blood circulation and remove stasis, clear away heat and detoxify.

The prescription uses Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Shuanghua Gancao Decoction with modifications. Commonly used ingredients include peach kernel, safflower, red peony root, angelica, honeysuckle, wild chrysanthemum, licorice, dandelion, herbaceous vine, Scutellaria barbata, Panax notoginseng powder, etc.

5. Qi and blood deficiency type: Treatment: replenish Qi and blood, assist with anti-cancer.

(II) Treatment of syndrome variation

1. If the local area is ulcerated and turned outward in a cauliflower-like shape, and exudes bloody fluid with a stale and foul smell, add green peel, raw licorice, wild fritillary bulb, pangolin, angelica dahurica, etc.

2. For patients with lung metastasis and cough, hemoptysis, shortness of breath, and chest pain, add Fritillaria cirrhosa, Platycodon grandiflorum, Houttuynia cordata, Agrimoniae, and Trichosanthes kirilowii as appropriate.

3. For patients with liver metastasis, liver enlargement, abdominal distension, yellow eyes, and yellow urine, add Artemisia capillaris, turtle shell, Patrinia scabra, Red safflower seeds, and Achyranthes bidentata.

1. Cigu Realgar Powder, medicinal Cigu 15g, realgar 6g, beehive 15g, grind into powder and mix well, put into capsules, take 15g each time, twice a day.

2. Take 30g each of fenugreek, cat's eye grass and honeysuckle, add 12g of yushudan and 0.6g of mei tablets, grind into fine powder and mix well, take 1.5-3g each time, 4 times a day.

3. Mash 9g of Aconitum kusnezoffii and 15g of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata and apply to the affected area.

4. Take the skin of 6 fresh toads and apply it externally to the patient, 2 skins per day, for 3 consecutive days.

5. Use Huayan Decoction, 6g of Rubia cordifolia, 6g of white mustard seeds, 6g of Poria cocos, 30g of Honeysuckle vine, 30g each of Angelica sinensis, Astragalus membranaceus, and Ginseng, decocted in water, 1 dose per day, taken orally in 2 divided doses.

7. Use Xingxiao Pills, 30g of frankincense, 30g of myrrh, 4.5g of musk, 159g of realgar powder (or 1g of bezoar), grind them together, take 1 liang of yellow rice and mash it, add the powder and mash it into pills, dry them and seal them. Each pill is 6g, take 1 pill each time, twice a day.

8. After surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, take anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory pills (artificial bezoar, musk, frankincense, myrrh, Panax notoginseng powder, Codonopsis pilosula, coix seeds, etc.), 3g each time, twice a day; or Citao pills (Aconiti pilosula walnut kernel, white peony root, coix seeds, seahorse, etc.), grind into powder and make into Lianmi pills, take 9g each time, twice a day.

9. During radiotherapy and chemotherapy, use tonic and detoxifying granules (astragalus, Millettia reticulata, honeysuckle, white atractylodes, inner gold, bamboo shavings, wolfberry, Ligustrum lucidum, etc.), 1 to 2 packets each time, twice a day.
