Decoction: one dose per day. Start taking the medicine on the fifth day of menstruation and take 15 doses in a row. Stop taking the medicine during the luteal phase and menstruation. Three menstrual cycles are considered a course of treatment. The main functions of this prescription are: "clearing the liver and relieving depression, nourishing yin and stopping bleeding."

Three folk remedies for ovulation bleeding: Warming the kidney and activating blood circulation soup, 10 grams each of Curculigo, Epimedium, Morinda officinalis, Amethyst, Rehmannia glutinosa, Chinese yam, Angelica sinensis, Safflower, Eupatorium fortunei, 15 grams of Cuscuta australis, 18 grams of Cornus officinalis, and 15 grams of Leonurus japonicus. Take it in decoction, one dose per day. Start taking it from the ninth day of the menstrual cycle and take it for eight consecutive days. Three consecutive cycles constitute a course of treatment. Home remedy for ovulation bleeding four: Celery and day lily soup 30 grams of dried celery and 15 grams of day lily. Add appropriate amount of water and boil it into a decoction. It has the function of clearing heat and cooling blood.

Home remedy for ovulation bleeding five: Celery and lotus root soup: 120 grams each of fresh celery and fresh lotus root slices, 15 grams of raw oil, and a little refined salt. Wash the celery and lotus root, cut the celery into shreds and the lotus root into slices. Place the pot on high heat, add raw oil and heat it until cooked, add celery and lotus root slices, add appropriate amount of fine salt, stir-fry for 5 minutes, add appropriate amount of water and cook until done, add seasoning and serve.
