Rinse the affected area with 0.1% ethacridine solution or apply wet compresses. Applying neomycin, chloramphenicol, gentamicin, dyclonine ointment or cream externally or adding the above drugs to wet compresses can be helpful.

② Glucocorticoid ointment is better used during the recovery period of ulcer.

③Ultraviolet light and helium-neon laser irradiation have certain therapeutic effects.

(2) Systemic treatment:

① Oral administration of vitamin B complex, vitamin C, systemic application of antibiotics, etc. have a certain therapeutic effect on the disease; for gangrenous type, systemic application of glucocorticoids and antibiotics can be used.

② Intramuscular injection of human immunoglobulin can enhance the body's resistance and promote the disappearance of skin lesions.
