In recent years, we have found that the incidence of ectopic pregnancy is gradually increasing. There are two main reasons for this. First, the cause of ectopic pregnancy is very complicated, and there are many factors that can lead to ectopic pregnancy. Second, the early reactions of ectopic pregnancy are easily ignored, resulting in the failure to detect and treat ectopic pregnancy in time from the early stages. So, today we will introduce the latter issue regarding the early reaction to ectopic pregnancy. The reason why many women are infertile is because they have had an ectopic pregnancy before, which makes them unable to have children in the future. Therefore, in order to detect ectopic pregnancy in time, female friends first need to understand the symptoms of ectopic pregnancy. Under normal circumstances, the fertilized egg will migrate from the fallopian tube to the uterine cavity, then settle down and slowly develop into a fetus. However, due to various reasons, the fertilized egg goes wrong during the migration process and does not reach the uterus, but stays somewhere else. This becomes an ectopic pregnancy, also known as ectopic pregnancy in medical terms. According to experts, 90% of patients with ectopic pregnancy will experience abdominal pain, which is often manifested as severe, sudden and severe pain, like tearing or knife cutting, because intra-abdominal bleeding stimulates the peritoneum. Severe bleeding may be accompanied by dizziness, blurred vision and even shock, manifested as pale complexion, cold limbs, anal distension and defecation sensation. Some abdominal pain extends to the whole body and can cause nausea, shoulder pain, etc. The most common site of ectopic pregnancy is the fallopian tube, and a few can also be seen in the ovaries, cervix, etc. If the surviving fertilized egg in a fallopian tube pregnancy falls off into the abdominal cavity and occasionally continues to grow on the abdominal organs such as the greater omentum, an abdominal pregnancy is formed. If the fertilized egg implanted in the fallopian tube separates from the tube wall and flows into the abdominal cavity, it will cause tubal pregnancy abortion; if the fertilized egg villi penetrate the tube wall and rupture, it will cause tubal pregnancy rupture; both can cause intra-abdominal bleeding, but the latter is more serious, often leading to shock due to massive internal bleeding, and even life-threatening. Through our introduction above, I believe everyone has a basic understanding of the early reactions and dangers of ectopic pregnancy. The first thing to point out is that there are some symptoms in the early stages of ectopic pregnancy, but they are easily ignored by our female friends, so girlfriends must go to the hospital for prenatal examinations as required to avoid the great harm of ectopic pregnancy to pregnant women. |
