Reason 3: Black menstruation due to kidney deficiency:

The menstrual cycle is irregular, the amount is small, the color is light red or dark red, and the texture is thin. Weak waist and knees, heel pain, dizziness, tinnitus, or cold lower abdomen, or frequent urination at night. The tongue is pale and the pulse is weak or slow.

Treatment should be based on kidney tonification and menstruation regulation. For dark menstrual blood, the key is our daily conditioning:

1. Keep a happy spirit and avoid mental stimulation and mood swings. It is normal for some people to experience lower abdominal distension, back pain, breast tenderness, mild diarrhea, fatigue, drowsiness, emotional instability, irritability or depression during menstruation.

2. Pay attention to hygiene and prevent infection. Pay attention to the hygiene of the external genitalia. You must not have sexual intercourse during menstruation. Keep warm and avoid cold stimulation. Avoid overwork. People with heavy menstrual bleeding should avoid eating brown sugar.

3. Avoid eating raw, cold, sour, spicy and other irritating foods. Drink more boiled water to keep bowel movements smooth. People with hot blood should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables before menstruation, and avoid eating things that stimulate fire such as onions, garlic, leeks, and ginger. 4. Underwear should be soft and made of cotton. The underwear should have good ventilation and air permeability, and should be washed and changed frequently. The changed underwear should be dried in the sun.
