Causes of red spots on the face during pregnancy

People always think that the happiest time for women is when they are pregnant and in confinement after childbirth. This is indeed true because women in this period are in the delivery period, have poor physical fitness and need care. The presence of red spots on the face during pregnancy is a physiological phenomenon caused by women not taking good care of their bodies during pregnancy. This phenomenon does not cause any harm to women and generally disappears after the delivery period. Below we will introduce to pregnant women the reasons why there are red spots on their faces during pregnancy.

After pregnancy, the placenta secretes a large amount of estrogen and chorionic gonadotropin, which stimulates the vomiting center of the human body, so severe vomiting occurs. A large amount of estrogen promotes capillary dilation, so erythema appears. After another month, your liver will strengthen metabolism and inactivate part of chorionic gonadotropin and estrogen. I believe it will get better. The erythema may worsen, but it will be better after giving birth!

The following factors may also cause red spots on the face during pregnancy:

1. External environment: Environmental pollution is one of the main causes of birthmarks. When the human body is stimulated by the polluted external environment, it will show different manifestations, and birthmarks are one of them.

2. Living environment: mainly refers to the acquired environment. Due to certain bad problems in personal lifestyle, such as long-term irregular eating, irregular personal life and uncontrolled overeating, it is possible that certain conditions may stimulate the body and form birthmarks.

4. Malnutrition: The human body lacks certain nutrients such as calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium and other trace elements and phenylalanine, tyrosine, etc., which can easily affect the biochemical process of pigment synthesis, resulting in abnormal increase in pigment secretion by pigment cells, and then transmitted to the epidermis through nerves, gradually spreading and forming birthmarks.

Pregnancy is a happy moment, but women have to endure pain that is unbearable for ordinary people, not only physical but also psychological distress. There are multiple reasons for the red spots on the faces of pregnant women. Some women worry that these red spots will not disappear even after giving birth. There is no need to worry about this. Women just need to rest and maintain themselves.
