How big is a mature follicle? Do you know?

Having a healthy baby is the wish of every family. Preparing for pregnancy is a key prerequisite for eugenics and good parenting. Before preparing for pregnancy, couples can conduct relevant pre-pregnancy examinations and make adjustments in all aspects of body and mind to give their baby a head start. Having a properly matured warm bubble is an important point in eugenics. So, do you know how big a mature warm bubble is?

First of all, we need to know the development process of warm bubbles. The follicle grows at a rate of 0.2CM per day. When the follicle develops to 1.8CM-2.5CM, it is considered mature. The mature follicle may be discharged at any time. You can calculate the approximate ovulation time based on this rate combined with your current follicle size. The characteristics of mature follicles, B-ultrasound monitoring shows that the largest follicle appears on the 10th to 16th day of menstruation. The follicle is 20mm in diameter, round in shape, with thin walls, protruding to one side of the ovary, and good internal sound transmission. Generally, ovulation occurs within 10 hours. Ovulation is more common within the 12th to 18th day of menstruation, and a few can occur at 20-30 days. Characteristics after ovulation: partial collapse of the follicle wall, the edges are wrinkled and jagged, with many faint light spots inside, and a 5-15mm liquid dark area can be seen in the uterine rectal crypts, which usually disappears one day after ovulation. The success rate of pregnancy is higher before and after this time.

Every month, women will only release one mature egg, and this mature egg is generally considered a mature egg if it is larger than 2.0mm. However, there are individual differences. Some people will release the egg when the follicle grows to 1.5mm, while others will release the egg when it grows to 2.5mm. The specific individual situation can be determined by a periodic B-ultrasound examination. Generally, mature follicles will be discharged within one to two days, and the discharged follicles can generally survive for 2 days.

There are many more points to know before conception, and having a mature warm bubble is a key point. I hope this article can give you some inspiration.
