Postpartum vulvar prolapse may be caused by vaginal relaxation or by doing some postpartum exercises too early. It is also related to uterine prolapse.

1. Vaginal relaxation: During the delivery process, since the baby needs to pass through the vagina, it will cause certain damage to the local area and even make the vagina looser. When vaginal relaxation is severe, it may cause bulging of the vulva during normal bowel movements.

2. Doing postpartum exercise too early: Some women, after giving birth, will do some cruel exercises too early because they want to pay attention to their body shape, such as riding a bicycle or sit-ups. These exercises will have a certain impact on the vagina and cause symptoms of vulva bulging.

3. Uterine prolapse: After uterine prolapse, some women's vagina will become wider during the delivery process, and the muscles around the vagina will become looser, which can easily cause uterine prolapse, which is largely related to the weakening of local uterine muscle strength.

After the symptoms of postpartum vulvar prolapse appear, it can be improved through anal lifting exercises and pelvic floor muscle contraction training, but for normal use, surgical treatment is required when necessary. During the treatment process, personal hygiene care measures need to be taken.
