If there is no smell, it's normal. There are three types of lochia during childbirth. Stubborn postpartum lochia, serous lochia and white lochia. Pay attention to keeping the vulva clean. Postpartum lochia usually lasts for more than 20 days or even a month, and the color changes from light to dark. How to identify abnormal lochia in parturients

1. Four days after giving birth, the lochia is still red.

2. The lochia has an odor after delivery or you have a fever or chills.

3. The blood bar is abnormally large (a sanitary napkin seeps in within an hour, or a blood clot larger than a golf ball appears). This is a sign of postpartum hemorrhage and you need to go to the hospital immediately. During the lochia period, women must pay attention to this kind of abnormal banquet and be vigilant!

4. If you are bleeding heavily and feel like you are going to faint, please call an ambulance immediately and go to the hospital for treatment.

Is it normal for the lochia to be yellow in the middle and late stages of postpartum lochia?
