49-year-old menopause 8 months back

49-year-old menopause 8 months back

Many women in menopause have their periods again after menopause. What is the reason for this? First of all, menopause is divided into two types, primary menopause and secondary menopause. Secondary menopause means that a woman's menstrual period has not come for more than three months, but she may have her period again after menopause. So what is the reason why women have their period again after menopause?

1. The IUD is left in place for a long time after menopause

If the IUD is not removed for a long time after menopause, it may also cause menstruation to come again after menopause. Due to ovarian atrophy after menopause, the decrease in estrogen levels in the body causes uterine atrophy and the IUD is embedded in the uterine muscle layer. Damage to the uterine wall and muscle layer can also cause vaginal bleeding.

2. Causes of medication

As more and more women after menopause use estrogen as a replacement therapy, the proportion of endocrine postmenopausal bleeding caused by iatrogenic drugs has also increased to a certain extent. Regular consumption of bee pollen and nourishing supplements containing hormones may also cause vaginal bleeding.

3. Organic diseases

Conditions such as endometritis, submucosal uterine fibroids, uterine intrauterine polyps, uterine and ovarian malignant tumors, cervical erosion, polyps and various vaginitis, especially vaginitis in the elderly, are the most common. When vaginitis in the elderly is more serious, the secretion is pus-like, has an odor, and may also cause spotting.

4. Psychological barriers

The cause of female amenorrhea is most easily overlooked by everyone. Medical clinical studies have shown that women's menstruation is closely related to the nervous system and endocrine system. The fiercely competitive environment and complex interpersonal relationships make the human nervous system highly tense. Mental anxiety and mental fluctuations affect the functioning of the central nervous system, leading to amenorrhea.

Finally, I would like to remind all ladies that some women have already experienced amenorrhea when they enter menopause, but they find that they have their periods again a few months later. Some women will mistake this as an abnormal manifestation of menstruation after menopause. In fact, this condition does not belong to menopause, but is a normal physiological phenomenon caused by irregular menstruation in women during menopause, and generally there is no need to worry.

Diet for menopause

Some people say that amenorrhea is caused by endocrine imbalance, so taking some endocrine-regulating drugs can help. In fact, it is not. After all, medicines have many adverse effects on the body. Experts suggest that for women in early menopause, a healthy diet is the best.

1. Control your food intake. Fat people should also control their diet, eat less sweets and foods rich in fat, and at the same time adopt a variety of effective measures to achieve the goal of losing weight.

2. Take medicines in moderation. Some amenorrhea patients can resume their menstruation naturally after psychological adjustment or stopping taking emergency contraception; how should amenorrhea women take care of themselves in daily life? Some amenorrhea patients can resume their menstruation after treatment with progesterone copper, ovulation-inducing drugs, etc.

3. Maintain a happy mood. Avoid stress, anxiety and improper stimulation to prevent blood disorder and affect the normal menstruation during menstruation. Carry out exercise and physical activity moderately to enhance immunity and ensure the normal functioning of blood and qi.

4. Adjust your diet structure. Do not be picky about food, eat more high-protein foods, such as eggs, milk, lean meat, freshwater fish, wild turtle, oysters, shrimps, etc. as well as vegetables and fruits to ensure adequate intake of nutrients.

Warm reminder: In the treatment of menopausal patients, actively treating acute and chronic diseases throughout the body is the key to recovery, especially gastrointestinal diseases, anemia and tuberculosis, in order to promote digestion and reduce consumption.
