What to eat for endometrial hyperplasia

Endometrial hyperplasia can eat more light tonic foods such as freshwater fish, meat, Poria cocos, Chinese yam, etc., and can also use Chinese herbal medicine to regulate menstruation and replenish blood and qi. Diet therapy for endometrial hyperplasia can only play an auxiliary role, but cannot play a therapeutic role for endometrial hyperplasia. It is necessary to give medication immediately based on the cause of endometrial thickening. If you use medication to treat it, you can take estrogen orally, such as corpus luteum copper, etc., which can have the effect of pathological curettage after stopping the medication. In addition, if it is caused by inflammation, anti-infection treatment should be given immediately. When drug treatment is not effective, surgical treatment can be performed.

If it is just simple endometrial hyperplasia, in this case, estrogen withdrawal bleeding treatment in the first half of the menstrual period can be considered. Simple hyperplasia is caused by the patient's lack of ovulation. Without ovulation, it is not easy to produce estrogen. Without the effect of estrogen on the uterine wall, the uterine wall will hyperplasia. Therefore, for this type of patients, you can consider giving dydrogesterone tablets, Yimaxin, Anqitan, and corpus luteum copper injection for treatment in the first half of the menstrual period. Generally, normal menarche will occur after stopping the medication.

If the endometrial hyperplasia is polymorphic, the use of estrogen for the entire cycle, such as progesterone acetate, can be considered for treatment of this condition. If endometrial hyperplasia is atypical hyperplasia, it needs to be treated with megestrol acetate tablets.

If a woman only has simple endometrial hyperplasia without other uterine wall diseases, it is generally considered to be caused by long-term anovulation and uterine and ovarian secretion imbalance. If abnormal vaginal bleeding has already occurred, you can consider taking Bujiale or corpus luteum copper for symptomatic treatment and blood circulation. If the menstrual cycle is normal, but the endometrium is not shedding smoothly, you can take corpus luteum copper for conditioning in the second half of the menstrual cycle. For women in puberty, they can also consider taking Yasmin directly for conditioning.
