Menstrual disorders last for several years before menopause

Some people have disordered lifestyles and work schedules, with their working hours reversed day and night, which can easily lead to irregular menstruation. What is more serious is that after the menstrual period is irregular, menopause occurs. Menopause at a young age is not a trivial matter and you must go to the hospital for a check-up. However, what I want to talk about today is: What is the reason for menopause two years after menstrual disorders?

Menopause after two years of menstrual irregularity

Many female friends will have menstrual disorders between the ages of 45 and 60, and they may experience amenorrhea at this time. Therefore, female friends will be more upset during this period, and they are prone to some female menopausal syndrome. Therefore, when this problem occurs, you must actively adjust your mental state. This kind of situation is something that every woman needs to deal with, so you must keep a calm mind. Generally, menopause will occur after about one to two years of menstrual disorders, so there is no need to worry during this period, just take things as they come.

Many women experience menopausal syndrome 2-3 years before menopause, which we also call menopausal symptoms. The age of menopause is related to various factors and cannot be generalized. For example, the age of menopause is closely related to the age of menarche in girls, genetic factors, one's daily life mood, fatigue level, diet and health care. When women reach menopause, their uterus and ovaries gradually shrink, they no longer ovulate, and their estrogen levels drop sharply, leading to the onset of menopausal syndrome.

Every woman will experience menarche when she is young, but when she reaches a certain age, the menstruation will gradually disappear. This is normal, and every woman needs to go through such a process. Therefore, when there are menstrual disorders and menarche, everyone should not have any mental stress. During this period, everyone must pay attention to rest more, take care of their bodies, eat more fruits and vegetables, and keep their mood happy. Only in this way can they go through menopause stably and avoid suffering from menopausal syndrome.

What is menopause?

Menstruation is a physiological phenomenon that every healthy woman has, but there is a certain age range for menstruation. After a certain period of time, women will experience menopause, in other words, they will enter menopause. Because women will experience fluctuations or decreases in estrogen before and after menopause, the changes in the body are also more obvious.

1. Changes in the menstrual cycle: When approaching menopause, women may find that their menstrual cycles have increased. Normally, they will have their periods once a month, but before menopause, they may have their periods only once every two or three months, and then return to normal after a few months. This alternation between amenorrhea and regular menstruation can last for one or two years. Some women may also experience shorter menstrual cycles and more frequent menstruation for a period of time.

2. Changes in the appearance of menstruation: Menstruation will also change during menopause. It will be lighter than usual, light pink, and some will even turn black. There may be small blood clots and fiber fragments in the menstruation. The amount of menstruation may also change. Some women may gradually have less and less blood, but some may also have an increase in blood volume or internal bleeding. During this stage, the length of the menstrual period may also change. Some may be shortened to only 2 to 3 days, while some other women may have a long menstrual period that can last about 10 days.

In addition to the above-mentioned changes in menstrual symptoms, women before menopause may also experience other symptoms, such as redness and fever on the cheeks: this is a condition that many premenopausal or postmenopausal women have, and may experience redness on the face, sweating, and body discharge, and may also be accompanied by symptoms such as dizziness and vertigo. Some are limited to redness of the face and neck, but it may also be very frequent and severe. Some may also experience autonomic nervous system imbalance and numbness of the limbs. The actual severity of this disease varies from person to person.
