General medical treatment

Cervical hypertrophy has certain adverse effects on female friends, so the treatment of this type of disease has always been a matter of great concern. Cervical hypertrophy and hyperplasia are inflammatory space-occupying lesions caused by inflammatory irritation of the cervical mucosa. Therefore, the inflammation of the vagina and cervix should be treated first. Simple cervical hypertrophy and hyperplasia generally does not require treatment. Many harmful bacteria invade the vagina first in the mucous membranes and folds of the inner and outer walls of the vagina. This is a mild infection, which can usually be treated by washing the vulva with feminine wash to maintain the self-washing function of the vagina. However, if the harmful bacteria continue to enter the vaginal vault and cervix, it will cause cervical hypertrophy. At this time, the problem cannot be solved by the self-washing function of the vagina. You need to use a lotion, preferably one that can reach deep into the vaginal vault and cervix. The length of the hose is determined according to the characteristics of the female body, which can greatly improve the inflammation of the vault area.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment

(1) Damp-heat in the lower abdomen: The stool is clear, thin, and plentiful, slightly yellow or mixed with blood, thick like pus, and foul-smelling. There is burning pain and swelling in the vagina, short and yellow urine, a red tongue with a yellow and greasy coating, and a slippery and rapid pulse. Treatment method: Clear away heat, remove dampness and stop leukorrhea. Traditional Chinese medicine prescription: 15 grams each of Poria cocos, Poria cocos, red peony root, moutan bark, and Patrinia scabra, 10 grams each of Gardenia jasminoides, Zedoariae rhizome, Plantago seed (package), and Cyathula capitata, and 6 grams of raw licorice. Chinese medicine prescription: anti-endometritis tablets. (2) Deficiency of both the spleen and kidney. The urine is clear and large in volume. It is white in color and thin in texture with a fishy smell. The patient has sore waist and weak legs, poor appetite, loose stools, lower abdominal pain, frequent and urgent urination, pale tongue with a white and slippery coating, and a deep and slow pulse. Treatment method: Strengthen the spleen and stomach, warm the kidneys, eliminate dampness and stop leukorrhea. Chinese medicine prescription: 15 grams each of Codonopsis pilosula, Scutellaria baicalensis, Coix seed, raw Coix seed, Psoralea corylifolia, and cuttlefish bone, 10 grams each of Morinda officinalis and Poria cocos, and 6 grams of roasted licorice. Chinese medicine prescription: Shujing Baidai Pills.

Diet therapy

Diet therapy is very good for the treatment of cervical hypertrophy. However, it does not mean that diet therapy can completely cure cervical hypertrophy, but it has the effect of regulating the body and controlling the condition. There are several types of dietary therapy: 1. 30 grams of new silkworm sand (shoulder bag), 30 grams of Job's tears, put in a clay pot and add appropriate amount of water to soak, once a day, for 5 to 7 days. 2. Wrap 9 grams of lentil flowers and 12 grams of Chinese toon bark with gauze, add 200 ml of water, boil and extract 150 ml. Take it in several times. It usually takes effect in 1 week.

Physical therapy methods

For patients with cervical hypertrophy, deep and extensive erosion involving the cervical canal, and/or suspected deterioration, physical therapy can be selected. Common ones are: 1) Electric ironing: Use an electric iron head to touch the eroded surface to coagulate the tissue and form a scab. The scab begins to fall off after about two weeks, and it usually takes 6 to 8 weeks for the wound to heal. Surgical treatment should be performed 3 to 5 days after the menstrual period ends. Not suitable for people with adnexitis. After treatment, secretions may temporarily increase or bleed. If there is a lot of bleeding, you can use sterilized gauze to compress the blood to promote blood circulation and remove it after 24 hours. The disadvantage is that the scar sometimes shrinks the cervix. 2) Cryotherapy uses liquid nitrogen to quickly cool down the device, and places the camera on the eroded surface for 1 to 3 minutes, and then removes it after it warms up, so that the diseased tissue can be frozen and necrotic. A lot of watery secretions may be discharged 2 to 3 weeks after treatment. The advantages are less bleeding and less cervical stenosis. 3) Laser surgery: The laser carbonizes and scars the eroded tissue, and the healing process is the same as the previous two treatment methods. 4) Focused ultrasound therapy

8. Prevention

To prevent cervical hyperplasia, the key points are:

1. Pay attention to the hygiene of the living environment of couples, moderate their life, strictly prevent extramarital sexual behavior and avoid sexual life during menstruation.

2. Immediately and reasonably adopt contraceptive methods to reduce abortion surgeries. Reduce the morbidity of induced abortion and reduce the chance of human-induced trauma and bacterial infection.

3. Those whose menstrual cycles are too short or whose menstrual periods last longer than normal should be given active medical treatment.

4. Prevent equipment from damaging the cervix during childbirth.

5. If cervical laceration is found after giving birth, it should be sutured immediately.

6. Regular gynecological examinations can help to deal with cervical inflammation in a timely manner and seek medical treatment immediately.

Well, the above is a detailed introduction to some methods of preventing and treating cervical hyperplasia. After reading this, do you think it is difficult to be a woman? If we encounter problems with gynecological diseases, we must pay more attention to ourselves, clean up and pay attention to hygiene in time. Our method can only treat the symptoms but not the root cause, so what we need to do is to prevent problems before they happen!
