What harm does curettage do to the body

What harm does curettage do to the body

In daily life, many people do not understand what harm abortion will cause to our body. So why do many people usually choose to have an abortion to achieve the purpose of infertility? So what kind of harm will it cause to our human body if too many artificial abortions are performed? Will too many abortions lead to infertility?

1. Multiple miscarriages may cause relaxation of the cervix and trauma to the endometrium, leading to infertility. Multiple miscarriages are more likely to damage the cervix, causing rupture of the cervical muscles and chemical fibers and scarring, which will always lead to habitual miscarriages that cannot be cured.

2. Salpingitis caused by abortion leads to blockage of the fallopian tubes, preventing the egg cells and male sperm from meeting and fertilizing, leading to infertility.

3. Too many curettage or ablation operations damage the cervical canal and uterine wall, which in turn causes cervical adhesion blockage or uterine adhesion shrinkage; the dermis of the uterine wall is scraped off, making it impossible for the uterine wall to regenerate, resulting in long-term amenorrhea and infertility.

Women of childbearing age have several major concerns when choosing contraceptive methods. One is whether the effectiveness of this method of contraception is high enough, and the other is whether it will affect future pregnancy. The first thing to note is that there is no absolutely safe contraceptive method in reality. Statistics show that when birth control pills are used properly, their effectiveness is 70%-85%, while condoms are only 80%-90%. Even after a sterilization operation, there is still a possibility of re-canalization and pregnancy.

In terms of the actual effectiveness of contraceptive measures alone, short-acting contraceptives are currently the most effective basic contraceptive method. If used properly, the contraceptive success rate can reach over 95%.

In our daily life, we must deal with infertility issues in an appropriate manner. Creating a good environment for our bodies is the most important thing. If abortions are done frequently, it may also cause infertility symptoms. Therefore, we must follow appropriate methods in our daily life to avoid infertility and the harm caused by abortions.
