Postpartum meal recipes for normal delivery in the first week

For many pregnant women after giving birth, the most important thing is actually diet, so the postpartum confinement meal in the first week after giving birth is very important. First, pregnant women can drink Shenghua Soup, and secondly, they can eat fried pork liver with sesame oil. These foods are very helpful to pregnant women. Pregnant women can also drink fish head soup, which is very nutritious. After cooking, pregnant women can eat one fish head soup every day. Next, I will give you a detailed explanation of the arrangements for postpartum meals for women after giving birth.

1. Pregnant women can drink Shenghua Tang: Normally, pregnant women who choose natural delivery can take 7 servings, but if they are women who have a caesarean section, they need to take 14 servings, 300 ml per day.

2. Pregnant women can take 2 servings of pork liver fried with sesame oil. It can be fried with ginger slices, rice wine (water) and sesame oil.

3. Pregnant women can drink fish head soup: the yellow croaker or mullet commonly seen in the market can be used. Bake sesame oil, fermented rice essence, and roasted ginger at low temperature. You can take one per day.

4. Drinks that can be drunk during confinement: Eucommia nourishing health tea, or litchi shell tea, or longan, chrysanthemum and wolfberry tea. Drinking these drinks can quench thirst and nourish the body. You can drink two cups a day, a total of about 600ml.

5. Unprocessed malt juice: Pregnant women (except women who are breastfeeding) should drink one bowl a day for three consecutive days. It is best to eat it before your milk starts to swell.

6. Job's tears rice: Job's tears are common in our daily life. Pregnant women can eat two bowls a day (if they don't need to eat it, they can eat it at all). Job's tears have good effects on women's body.

7. A milk-inducing soup to help pregnant women produce milk: squid and pork knuckle soup (can be taken by pregnant women who have no milk four days after giving birth).

Generally speaking, women's bodies are very weak after giving birth, so their diet should be balanced and nutritious. Many women have become healthier and their skin better thanks to high-quality postpartum meals, so the importance of postpartum meals to women is obvious.
