Acute gastroenteritis

Abdominal pain, mainly in the upper abdomen and around the navel, is paroxysmal and crampy, accompanied by loss of appetite, abdominal distension, nausea and retching, acute watery diarrhea, or accompanied by fever, dizziness, weakness, mostly caused by alcoholism, irritating or unclean food and drugs.

Chronic gastritis

Peptic ulcer disease

Bacillary dysentery

It is common in children and young people, and a history of respiratory tract infection often occurs 1 to 3 weeks before onset.

Urinary stones

Intense pain in the upper abdomen, back, waist or lower ribs, radiating to the lower abdomen, vulva, thigh roots, etc., accompanied by difficulty urinating, nausea and retching, heavy sweating, physical exhaustion, lasting from a few minutes to several hours, with hematuria, or inability to hold urine, frequent urination, urgency, and pain when urinating.

Subacute viral hepatitis

The right upper abdomen is swollen and dully painful, a hard lump can be touched, the skin and sclera turn yellow, the urine is slightly yellow, there is poor appetite, nausea and retching, and aversion to oil, which may be accompanied by chills, fever, and fatigue.
