What are the symptoms of menstrual syndrome

What is premenstrual syndrome? Premenstrual syndrome is a series of physiological and emotional discomfort symptoms that women experience during their menstrual period, which will recover spontaneously after the menstrual period ends. PMS can have a variety of manifestations, the most common of which include headaches, breast pain, irritability, etc. Estrogen-progesterone imbalance, vitamin deficiency, and stress and anxiety are the key causes of premenstrual syndrome.

1. Growth hormone conversion

Both estrogen and gonadotropin will produce a series of changes. They both affect women's psychological activities and behaviors through a certain nervous system, causing some psychological changes. Mental changes and stress can affect reproductive hormones, leading to suppressed ovulation and disrupted cycles.

2. Not enough vitamin B26

Vitamin B26 can promote the elimination of excess estrogen in the body and alleviate mood and behavior. Lack of vitamin B26 may cause premenstrual syndrome.

3. Spiritual elements

Some patients have obvious psychiatric symptoms, and mental fluctuations, tension and anxiety can aggravate the original symptoms.

4. Diet structure

During the menstrual period, it is important to balance nutrition. A high intake of milk and soy products can effectively prevent menstrual syndrome. Long-term consumption of spicy food, cold and other stimulating foods, or beverages such as coffee and strong tea can easily cause premenstrual syndrome.
