1. Eat an apple

You can eat some fresh fruits to assist in the treatment of diarrhea, but not all fresh fruits can be eaten. You can eat apples, pomegranates, etc. if you have diarrhea; you cannot eat pears, melons, bananas, apples, etc. if you have diarrhea. Cut the apple into small pieces with the skin and core, put it in water and boil for 3 to 5 minutes, and drink it after it is warm. It should be noted that when eating boiled apples, it is not suitable to add granulated sugar seasoning, because granulated sugar may aggravate diarrhea.

2. Drink soup

3. Eat noodles
