Is breast 4b serious?

Is breast 4b serious?

Breast category 4b is a relatively serious disease. The probability of this disease becoming malignant is relatively high. Patients need to go to the hospital for a comprehensive examination and then make a judgment. If the breast nodules are benign, the treatment of breast nodules will be easier and can be relieved by massaging the breasts. If breast nodules are malignant, they need to be surgically removed to avoid affecting the overall function of the breast.

Is breast nodule 4b malignant?

Breast nodule 4b is not necessarily malignant. It is best to go to a regular hospital for a comprehensive examination to get a confirmed diagnosis of the specific condition. Generally, breast nodules are benign. If the body is healthy before or after menstruation during the physical examination, it is also a normal phenomenon. If it is not before or after menstruation, and the pain is severe, a comprehensive examination must be done. Of course, there are many different types of pain. Some are needle-like pains, and you must go to the hospital immediately. If it is a dull pain, it is not so serious. You just need to pay attention to some details in daily life, such as diet, mood, etc.

Patients with breast nodules must change their lifestyle. If the mental stress is too great, it will affect the body's endocrine system, so they must learn to release stress. They must also adjust their diet and avoid eating high-fat foods. At the same time, they must do proper exercise to improve their immunity. In addition, they must adjust their mentality and maintain an optimistic mood, which will make the body healthier, the body's meridians and various systems more smooth, etc., which is conducive to the recovery of breast nodules.

Is breast nodule 4b malignant? Breast nodule 4b is not necessarily malignant. Specific examinations are needed to confirm whether it is benign or malignant. The nature of the disease cannot be judged based on a single 4b. In addition, corresponding adjustments should be made in diet, mentality and other aspects of daily life, which will be beneficial to the recovery of the disease and physical health.

Don't panic after discovering a breast nodule. Patients can first use breast ultrasound, mammography, breast MRI and other examination methods to distinguish the benign or malignant breast lumps.

Breast ultrasound examination is convenient and non-invasive, and is called the "golden combination" together with breast mammography. It is currently recognized as the most commonly used and effective means of screening for breast nodules.

Breast ultrasound has the following advantages:

1. No radiation or trauma, suitable for women during pregnancy and lactation;

2. It is of great value in distinguishing cystic or solid breast tumors;

3. It can perform multi-angle and multi-layer scanning to clearly display the breast anatomical structure and lesion information;

4. It can clearly show whether there are enlarged lymph nodes in the armpit and the size, shape, and structure of the enlarged lymph nodes.

Nowadays, the ultrasound diagnosis of breast nodules has been applied to the Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS) developed by the American College of Radiology (ACR).

BI-RADS is divided into 0-6 levels:

Level 0: The evaluation is incomplete and requires combination with other imaging examinations to make a final evaluation;

Grade 1-3: tends to be benign and requires regular follow-up;

Level 4: (4a, 4b, 4c) suspected malignant lesions, puncture biopsy should be considered;

Grade 5: It is almost certain to be a malignant lesion and appropriate measures should be taken by breast surgeons;

Level 6: Pathological diagnosis is malignant.

Nowadays, new ultrasound technologies, such as ultrasound angiography, elastic imaging, and automatic breast full-volume scanning imaging, can also provide more abundant information for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast nodules.
