Causes of right waist pain in women

Recently, some women have reported that they sometimes experience pain on the right side of their waist. Sometimes the pain is so severe that they cannot even stand up straight. They want to know what is going on, whether it is caused by some disease, and how to treat it. 1. Acute gastroenteritis: abdominal pain accompanied by nausea and vomiting, and may have fever.

2. Acute appendicitis: migratory abdominal pain accompanied by fever, nausea, vomiting, fatigue and other symptoms. The pain is constant and gradually worsens. It all depends on the doctor's physical examination and blood test to confirm it.

3. Acute gastrointestinal perforation: severe abdominal pain, resistance to abdominal pressure, inability to defecate or pass gas through the anus, and little urine. Physical examination and abdominal radiographs were clear.

4. Acute cholecystitis and gallstones: pain in the right upper abdomen radiating to the back, may be accompanied by yellowing of the skin, fever, chills, etc. Abdominal B-ultrasound and physical examination confirmed the diagnosis.

5. Urinary system stones: severe abdominal pain, pain radiating to the perineum, accompanied by hematuria (bloody or microscopic), abdominal B-ultrasound or CT, retrograde angiography is clear.

6. Acute pancreatitis: Abdominal pain occurs after overeating or drinking alcohol or fatty meals, radiating to the back, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, fever, and cessation of anal gas and bowel movements. Abdominal CT is the gold standard.

7. Ectopic pregnancy: abdominal pain accompanied by irregular vaginal bleeding and a history of amenorrhea. The initial diagnosis was made by abdominal B-ultrasound and blood HCG examination, and confirmed by laparoscopy.

8. Corpus luteum rupture: Abdominal pain occurs after intercourse, no history of amenorrhea, negative urine HCG, and abdominal B-ultrasound is used to assist in diagnosis.

9. Ovarian cyst pedicle torsion: Sudden abdominal pain after body position change, progressively worsening, diagnosed by abdominal B-ultrasound and physical examination.
