Vagina opening is a little red

Vagina opening is a little red

For women, if there is a little redness at the vaginal opening, it is important to understand the specific reason. There are many reasons that lead to this symptom. For example, excessive and frequent stimulation may cause redness. For example, having sex too frequently and not paying attention to personal hygiene may also lead to such symptoms. Of course, this may also be related to some gynecological diseases, such as vaginitis, etc.

Vagina opening is a little red

The vaginal opening may be a little red and a little itchy, which may be related to poor local hygiene, tight underwear, etc. Pay attention to the hygiene of the perineum, change and wash underwear every day, wear loose cotton underwear with good breathability, and use Cleanser to clean the vulva.

What causes vaginal itching?

1. Vaginal trichomoniasis: Female friends experience itching of the vulva, vagina, urethral opening, foamy leucorrhea, often accompanied by a special odor. After scratching, the vulva also develops eczematous dermatitis. A vaginal smear test can be used to distinguish it from the above conditions.

2. Fungal vaginitis: Female friends experience itching of the vulva, vagina, vaginal opening, urethral opening, vulvar flushing, and bean curd-like leucorrhea with an odor. Scratching may cause eczematous changes of the vulvar dermatitis.

3. Drug allergy: Women with allergic constitutions may experience itching caused by taking some drugs, which often occurs at the junction of the skin and mucous membrane of the vulva. In addition to local itching, it may also be complicated by erosion and exudation. If you use drugs for vaginal washing or vaginal insertion, if allergic reactions and contact dermatitis occur, vulvar itching and urethral itching may also occur.

4. Local skin uncleanness: Some women use toilet paper improperly, and the skin of the vulva is soaked by menstrual blood, vaginal secretions, and even urine, feces and sweat, which causes chronic inflammation of the local skin, causing itching of the vulva and urethra.

Local diseases of the vulva include gonorrhea, non-gonococcal urethritis, fungal or Trichomonas vaginitis, scabies, pubic lice, ringworm, atrophic keratotic lichen, leukoplakia, enterobiasis, contact dermatitis, cervicitis, etc. Anal itching in female children is often caused by pinworms and often worsens at night. In addition, anal itching often spreads to the vulva and causes itching. Apocrine prurigo and sweat gland follicle keratosis can also cause severe vulva itching.
