It may be because she is a new mother, working day and night and not getting enough rest, which causes dysfunction of the cerebral cortex nerves. Western medicine calls it postpartum depression. During the breastfeeding period, you must get enough rest, have good sleep, relax, and avoid getting angry, anxious, or irritated. Postpartum depression can affect milk secretion. It can be adjusted by Chinese medicine massage.

1. Arrange sleep time reasonably and try to achieve deep sleep to ensure the quality of rest; strengthen personal behavioral ability to improve the quality of life; try to avoid diseases related to insomnia.

4. Psychotherapy. The essence is to change the patient's belief system, exert his or her self-efficacy, and thus improve insomnia symptoms.
