(1) A normal and natural mental state. There is no need to worry too much if you suffer from insomnia. The more anxious you become, the more you will force yourself to sleep, which will not be worth the effort. Some people are also worried about suffering from insomnia for consecutive days, thinking that the brain cannot get rest and if not the life is short, it may cause illness. As long as you pay a little attention, it will not be difficult to find them. Once the cause is eliminated, insomnia can be cured. If symptoms of insomnia are caused by illness, seek medical attention immediately. Don’t think that insomnia is just a minor problem and not a disease and delay treatment.

(3) Relaxation of the mind and body is beneficial to sleep quality. Take a walk outside before going to bed to relax your mind, take a shower or wash your feet with warm water before having sex, and then go to sleep. This will help you fall asleep well. There are many specific methods to induce the body to enter a dormant state, such as: stress-relieving exercises, which have been widely circulated among the people and can be relied upon. After stopping the tapping, slowly move your head towards the pillow, and then place your hands on both sides of your body naturally, and you will fall asleep quickly.

(4) Sleep quality induced. Listening to quiet and regular sounds, such as tapes of train running, katydids chirping, water seepage and drizzle, or hypnotic music tapes, can help you sleep and create conditioned stimuli that induce sleep.

(5) Drink boiled milk. Drinking a glass of boiled milk with sugar before going to bed can increase the body's secretion of insulin, increase the entry of amino acids into the brain nerves, and promote the brain to secrete serotonin for sleep quality. At the same time, milk contains a small amount of sedative substances, which has a calming and soothing effect on the nerves and helps the body fall asleep peacefully.

(6) Suitable sleeping posture. The sleeping posture should be comfortable and may vary from person to person. However, it is better to sleep on your side. Health expert Cao Cishan emphasized in "Sleeping Tips": "When lying on your left side, bend your left foot, bend your right arm, support your head with your hands, stretch your right foot, and place your left hand between your right thigh. Sleeping on your right side is the opposite." This sleeping posture is beneficial to relax the whole body and sleep soundly.

(7) If you are tired and have trouble falling asleep, why not take some fresh fruits such as apples, bananas, tangerines, oranges, pears, etc. Because the aroma of these fruits has a calming effect on the nervous system; the sugar in the fruits can inhibit the cerebral cortex and make it easier to enter a dormant state.

(8) If you suffer from insomnia due to work-related travel and lack of adaptability, you should be mentally prepared and proactively adjust to prevent it from happening, so as not to suffer from poor sleep due to anxiety and worry. In addition, you can also choose the above sleep-aiding methods to prevent insomnia.

By adopting the above methods, you can ensure that you do not talk, think, or move when sleeping; calm your mind first, then sleep well, that is, do not think too much before going to bed, clear all selfish thoughts after sex, and do not make noises; in addition, pay attention to a quiet bedroom environment, fresh air, and a bed of suitable hardness and softness, which can improve sleep. If you sleep well, you will certainly feel energetic when you wake up.
