The first measure to prevent breast diseases is to maintain emotional stability and avoid being overly excited, nervous, depressed or sad. These negative emotions can cause neurasthenia, endocrine disorders and endanger breast health.

The second is to change eating habits. Obese women should eat less fried foods, animal fats, sweets and excessive supplements. They should eat more vegetables and fruits with high fiber content, such as whole grains, black soybeans, walnuts, black sesame seeds, black fungus, mushrooms, etc., and avoid being picky about food.

The third is to maintain a regular life, combining work and rest. You can have some sex life appropriately. Sex life can regulate endocrine disorders and promote blood circulation in the breasts, which is very beneficial to the breasts. However, avoid rough movements to avoid hurting the breasts, keep the bowels open and prevent constipation.

The fourth is to exercise more. You can do more physical exercises, such as jogging, walking, etc., which can prevent the body from becoming too fat and improve immunity.

The fifth is to prohibit the abuse of estrogen, avoid excessive use of contraceptives and beauty products containing estrogen, and do not eat chicken and beef fed with estrogen.

The sixth is to avoid abortion, and the mother should breastfeed more to avoid being unmarried and infertile.
