What causes breast pain when angry?

People have many different emotions, and anger is also an emotion. Everyone expresses anger differently, and for some people, anger can even affect their physical health. Many women may feel breast pain when they are angry. This symptom is related to many factors and is also caused by a person's emotional changes being too great. Besides being angry, what else could cause breast pain?

1. In this case, you should pay attention to the possibility of premenstrual syndrome, breast hyperplasia, mastitis and other diseases. You may experience breast pain every time you have your period. In this case, you should also pay attention to whether there are old injuries and the possibility of tumors. Of course, the probability of this is not very high. This situation can be treated by taking medication, eating less spicy and other irritating foods, ensuring sleep quality, and maintaining a comfortable mood. If the treatment is not effective, you should go to the surgery department of a regular hospital for diagnosis and treatment, such as ultrasound examination of the affected area, and formulate reasonable treatment measures based on the examination results.

2. Because the liver is the part that bears the heaviest burden when you are angry, liver depression and qi stagnation can cause breast pain. In addition to the pain and swelling of the breast nipples that cannot be touched, there are also symptoms such as irritability, chest tightness, rib cramps, irritability, nausea, pain and distension on both sides of the lower abdomen, dark blood clots in the menstrual period, uncoordinated sexual life, and dark spots on the face. Treatment should focus on regulating the liver, qi and stomach. Commonly used medicines include Linderae odoratum, Curcuma aromatica, Citrus citron, White Peony Root, Citrus aurantium, Atractylodes macrocephala, malt, and Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae.

3. Women who are sad and angry often have breast pain. This is because the liver qi is not smooth, resulting in qi stagnation. Clinically, many women feel breast pain, which is sometimes light and sometimes heavy, and some are more obvious before menstruation. But this is already the invisible stage of "qi stagnation" as Chinese medicine says; if it is allowed to develop, it may further develop into "blood stasis" and form a tangible "congestion".
