What are the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for cervicitis?

Prescription: 9 grams of gentian, 8 grams each of gardenia, scutellaria, plantain seed, oriental water plantain, rehmannia root, smilax glabra, and angelica root, 5 grams each of tongcao, bupleurum, and licorice, and 15 grams of toona sinensis root bark.

Usage: Decoction in water and take in 3 doses, 1 dose per day.

Symptoms include excessive vaginal discharge that is yellow or a mixture of yellow and white and thick in texture, irritability, chest and flank pain, a bitter and greasy taste in the mouth, dry mouth and no desire to drink, yellow urine, red tongue, yellow and greasy coating, and a stringy and rapid pulse. Examination revealed mild to moderate cervical erosion.

Prescription: 15 grams each of honeysuckle, wild chrysanthemum, dandelion, and oldenlandia diffusa, 8 grams each of Viola yedoensis, Atractylodes macrocephala, Gastrodia elata seed, Poria cocos, Alisma orientalis, Gardenia jasminoides, Lithospermum officinale, and Chinese toon root bark, and 10 grams of Patrinia herb.

Usage: Decoction in water and take in 3 doses, 1 dose per day.

Indications and functions: Clears away heat, detoxifies, eliminates dampness and stops leukorrhea. Used to treat chronic cervicitis, which according to Chinese medicine is classified as internal invasion of dampness and toxins. Symptoms include excessive vaginal discharge that is yellow or yellow-green in color, or a mixture of red and white, or a mixture of five colors, with a sticky or pus-like texture, accompanied by a fishy odor, abdominal distension and pain, lumbar pain, short and dark urine, red tongue, yellow and rough tongue coating, and a slippery and rapid pulse. Examination revealed severe cervical erosion or polyps. If the spleen and stomach are weak and the vital energy is insufficient, Astragalus can be added to strengthen the body and expel toxins.

Prescription: 15 grams of Atractylodes macrocephala, 12 grams each of Cuscuta australis, yam, Atractylodes lancea, and Poria cocos, 5 grams of roasted licorice, 9 grams of Plantago seed (wrapped and decocted), 8 grams each of Codonopsis pilosula, Psoralea corylifolia, Bupleurum chinense, Black Brassica juncea, and Morinda officinalis.

Usage: decoction in water and take in 3 doses, 1 dose per day.

Indications and functions: Strengthens the spleen and warms the kidneys, removes dampness and stops leukorrhea. Used to treat chronic cervicitis, which is classified as spleen and kidney deficiency according to Chinese medicine. Symptoms include excessive vaginal discharge that is white or light yellow in color and watery in texture, or irregular menstruation, infertility, mental fatigue, poor appetite and loose stools, clear and long urination, soreness in the waist and knees, slippery white tongue coating, and a deep, weak and slow pulse. Examination showed cervical erosion or papillary type.
