How to abort a child safely

How to abort a child safely

For some people who have an unexpected pregnancy, the baby in their body is the biggest problem in their lives. For such a child, they usually take some ways to solve this problem. The more common way is to have an abortion. For those who are familiar with the discomfort of abortion, it is difficult to choose which method. So which abortion method can be the safest to get rid of the baby in the belly?

It is best to have a painless abortion. Medical abortion carries the risk of heavy bleeding and incomplete abortion.

If you find yourself pregnant but do not want to have a child, you should try to have an artificial abortion within 10 weeks. Because the more advanced the pregnancy, the more complications there are, so do not wait until the pregnancy is advanced to have an abortion or induced labor.

Sexual intercourse should be avoided within one week before artificial abortion, and bathing and changing clothes should be done one day before the operation to avoid catching a cold.

Do not eat or drink some sugar water on the morning of surgery. If the body temperature exceeds 37.5℃, surgery should be performed on another day.

During the operation, you should cooperate closely with the doctor and don't be too nervous.

Things to note after miscarriage:

1. You may have slight lower abdominal discomfort, pain or a small amount of vaginal bleeding on the day after abortion. If the abdominal pain is severe or the vaginal bleeding is heavy or lasts for a long time, you should see a doctor in time.

2. Within 2 weeks after surgery, rest in bed appropriately, eat more nutritious food, and avoid heavy physical labor.

3. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the perineum. Do not take a bath if the vaginal bleeding has not stopped.

4. Avoid sexual intercourse within 1 month to prevent genital infection. If you have fever, abdominal pain or vaginal discharge with an abnormal odor, seek medical attention immediately.

5. Generally, vaginal bleeding stops gradually in 3 to 5 days and lasts no longer than 10 to 15 days. If the amount of vaginal bleeding exceeds the amount of menstrual blood and lasts for too long, you need to seek medical treatment in time.

6. If you resume sexual life one month after abortion, you should take contraceptive measures to avoid pregnancy again. Under normal circumstances, the endometrial repair period is about half a year. Therefore, special attention should be paid to prevent uterine damage caused by pregnancy again. You can use condoms or vaginal diaphragms for contraception. If you want to use contraceptive pills, you should start using them on the fifth day of the next menstrual period. Do not take contraceptive pills before that. You can use condoms, etc.

7. Dietary adjustments should focus on the following points:

(1) Protein is an important component of antibodies. If it is not taken in enough, the body's resistance will be reduced. Protein should be given 1.5 to 2 grams per kilogram of body weight, and the daily amount is about 100 to 150 grams. Therefore, you can eat more chicken, lean pork, eggs, milk, beans, bean products, etc.

(2) Replenish water in small amounts and multiple times to reduce water evaporation; sweat excretes a large amount of water-soluble vitamins, especially vitamin C, vitamin B1, and vitamin B2. Therefore, you should eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. This will also help prevent constipation.

(3) On the basis of a normal diet, limit fat appropriately. Avoid irritating foods, such as chili peppers, wine, vinegar, pepper, ginger, etc. These foods can stimulate congestion of sexual organs and increase menstrual volume. Also avoid cold foods such as crabs, snails, and river clams.
