Why do girls have loud breathing sounds when they sleep?

In modern society, people are more particular about exquisite life, whether it is their physical health or mental health, but there are still some people who suffer from diseases due to some reasons. Many girls are very concerned about their own image, but some girls will have loud breathing sounds when they sleep, and they will suspect that it is caused by diseases. So, why do girls have loud breathing sounds when they sleep?

First, why do girls have loud breathing noises when they sleep? Snoring is a common sleeping phenomenon. Most people currently think it is commonplace and do not take it seriously. Some people even regard snoring as a sign of a good sleep. In fact, snoring is the enemy of health. Snoring causes repeated breathing pauses during sleep, resulting in severe hypoxia of the brain and blood, leading to hypoxemia, and inducing high blood pressure, cerebrocardia, heart disease, arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, and angina pectoris. If sleep apnea lasts more than 120 seconds at night, sudden death may occur in the early morning.

Second, at the International Snoring Symposium held in Beijing in April 1994, experts and scholars from various countries identified snoring as "sleep apnea syndrome", a disease and syndrome related to 27 diseases. How to define it? Every pause of more than 10 seconds is considered a respiratory arrest. If there are more than 5 pauses of more than 10 seconds in one hour of sleep, or about 30 pauses of more than 10 seconds in 7 hours of sleep, it is sleep apnea syndrome. It is extremely harmful to the human body. One third of a person's life is spent sleeping. A normal person breathes evenly during sleep, and the oxygen intake meets the needs of all parts of the body. People who suffer from apnea sleep for 7 hours every night are in a state of anaerobic inhalation for 300-400 seconds, and their blood oxygen concentration is about 8-10% lower than normal. Night after night, year after year, fragmented sleep significantly reduces oxygen intake, causing ischemia and hypoxia in important parts of the body, inducing various serious diseases. If brain cell tissue is deprived of oxygen for 4-6 minutes, it will cause irreversible death of brain cells.

Why do girls breathe loudly when they sleep? 53% of patients suffer from cerebrovascular accidents during sleep at night. Recent studies have shown that snoring and sleep apnea are independent risk factors for cerebrovascular disease and one of the main causes of the disease. Snoring increases the mortality rate sharply at night. For untreated snoring with a history of about 5 years, the mortality rate is 11%-13%. For those with more than 15 sleep apneas per hour and an 8-year history of snoring, the mortality rate is 37%. 72.5% of wives sleep 1-2 hours less every night due to their husbands' snoring, and 30.6% are awakened by snoring. 9.7% of women suffer from neurasthenia due to their husband’s snoring (there is no way to prove that snoring causes marriage breakdown). From this we can see that snoring is by no means a normal phenomenon but a serious disease, and it is the source of other diseases.
