Pregnancy belly pain

Pregnancy belly pain

During pregnancy, the pregnant woman's belly will gradually grow larger as the fetus changes, and the pregnant woman will have a feeling of falling and a pulling pain in the belly. This is because the uterus becomes larger due to pregnancy, and changes in the ligaments and the pelvis cause the belly to fall, which makes the belly feel pulling pain. However, some pregnant women may have bad conditions and may have signs of miscarriage, so they should go to the hospital for examination.

1. Causes of abdominal pain during pregnancy

Abdominal pain in early pregnancy, a feeling of falling in the lower abdomen, compressing the pregnant woman's posterior spine, and causing constant pain in the waist. The pain initially occurred two or three times every half an hour, each lasting 45 seconds, and later became twice every 10 minutes, each lasting 2 to 3 minutes. However, if a pregnant woman experiences paroxysmal lower abdominal pain or regular abdominal pain, back pain, or pelvic pain in the first few months of pregnancy, and if it is accompanied by vaginal spotting or a noticeable feeling of abdominal heaviness, it may indicate threatened abortion.

2. Treatment of abdominal pain during pregnancy

If women experience this situation in the early stages of pregnancy, they should consider whether it is an ectopic pregnancy. If it is confirmed to be an ectopic pregnancy, it is necessary to terminate the pregnancy through surgery in a timely manner. Of course, if it is confirmed to be an intrauterine pregnancy, then this situation may be caused by eating something that should not be eaten. In this case, you just need to pay more attention to your diet.

If you experience pulling pain on the left side of your abdomen in the middle or late stages of pregnancy, it is most likely caused by the expansion of the uterus and pulling on the muscles as the fetus grows. In this case, female friends must pay more attention to rest, maintain a light diet, and of course it is also necessary to drink plenty of water.

If female friends experience pulling pain on the left side of their abdomen and irregular vaginal bleeding, this may be caused by threatened abortion. At this time, the patient needs to seek medical treatment in time. If the bleeding is fresh blood, the patient should go to the hospital as soon as possible. Of course, no matter what the cause of the pain is, pregnant women should take it seriously and pay more attention to it in daily life. Do not overwork and avoid touching some irritating foods.
