Women with polycystic ovary syndrome are very worried about their infertility. In fact, after suffering from this disease, if you master the correct way to prepare for pregnancy, you can still get pregnant. So, how to prepare for pregnancy for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome? Let us tell you about the preparation methods for pregnancy for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, hoping it will be helpful to everyone.

How to prepare for pregnancy with polycystic ovary syndrome

The harm of polycystic ovary syndrome to women:

1. Leading to abnormal menstruation: Infrequent menstruation or amenorrhea (accounting for 1/3 of patients with amenorrhea and 90% of patients with oligomenorrhea). Some patients will experience continuous menstruation.

2. Causes infertility: The most significant feature of polycystic ovary syndrome is the absence of ovulation.

3. Affect appearance:

Hyperandrogenism is another important feature of PCOS. The ovaries of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome secrete large amounts of androgen, which causes them to show symptoms of excess androgen, including growing a beard, excessive pubic hair, and excessive acne. These conditions may adversely affect a woman's appearance.

Polycystic ovary syndrome is mainly treated with Diane 35. Drug treatment can counteract the effects of androgens and promote ovulation. Generally, it is taken for about 3-6 months, and the medication can be stopped after the hormone level is tested normal. During the treatment, you should actively exercise, reduce the intake of high-fat and high-sugar foods, and lose weight, which can promote the decrease of androgen levels and is beneficial to the restoration of ovulation. If the above two methods are not effective, laparoscopic surgery should be considered. Under laparoscopy, the follicles are punctured to reduce androgen levels, thereby achieving the treatment goal. Generally, ovulation can be restored after the symptoms are controlled, so pregnancy can be achieved. However, some patients will relapse, which requires regular hospital check-ups.

Now there are some women with polycystic ovary syndrome who already have their own healthy babies, so if patients with polycystic ovary syndrome want to be mothers, they must receive treatment so that they can ovulate normally so that they can conceive. Don't think that if you have this disease, it is absolutely impossible for you to get pregnant and have a child.
