Finger pressing: Use the middle finger to press the Tanzhong, Qimen, Rugen, Zusanli and Taichong points for 10 seconds;

Finger tapping: Use the tips of four fingers to tap the opposite breast, centering on the areola, in a circular pattern for 5 times;

Rub: Put four fingers together, open the thumb naturally, place the palm close to the skin, and rub the breast 10 circles with the nipple as the center. Cross your hands and rub your ribs 10 times with your palms;

Massage: Use the thumb and index finger to massage the opposite breast for lumps. If there are no lumps, massage the breast from the inside of the breast to the armpit.

Rub and push: Hold the breast with your left hand, and use the four fingers of your right hand to rub and push from the upper and lower outer edges of the breast toward the nipple three times; hold the breast with your right hand, and use the four fingers of your left hand to rub from the upper and lower inner edges of the breast toward the nipple three times. Hold the breast with your right hand, and use the four fingers of your left hand to rub from the outer upper and outer lower edges of the breast to the nipple three times; hold the breast with your left hand, and use the four fingers of your right hand to rub from the inner upper and inner lower edges of the breast to the nipple three times;

Use your thumb on one side and the other four fingers together on the other side, open your palms, and push from the outside of the chest to the center to prevent the chest from expanding outwards, 30 times on each side;

Keep your hands in the same shape, starting from the left chest, use your left hand to push the left breast from the outside to the center. When it reaches the center, use your right hand to push the left breast upward from the bottom of the left breast until it reaches the clavicle. In other words, push the left breast with both hands alternately. Repeat 30 times, then switch to the right breast. This action is very important.

Make your hands into a cup shape with your fingers slightly apart so that they can cover your breasts. Bend over slightly, cover your breasts with both hands, and then pull up from the bottom (not the lower part) toward the nipples. Repeat 20 times.
