Early pregnancy miscarriage means that there will be a slight miscarriage after pregnancy, but it is not an obvious miscarriage, but there will be a slight instability of the fetal position. This situation is miscarriage. Generally, the health of the fetus needs to be ensured in treatment, and you must not squat or sit up suddenly in normal times. You can lie in bed for a while in a short period of time. Symptoms and signs There are three key points in diagnosing fetal leakage: First, the diagnosis of pregnancy must be clear. Second, the bleeding from amniotic fluid comes at an untimely time and is characterized by a small amount. It often manifests as intermittent discharge, or continuous dripping, and the color is light red. It may be coffee color, soybean juice color, or red color. Third, ask in detail whether the patient has abdominal pain. "The Golden Mirror of the Medical Tradition: Essentials of Gynecology" clearly states: "If a pregnant woman bleeds for no reason, or passes soybean juice without abdominal pain, it is called fetal leakage." If there is abdominal pain during bleeding, it cannot be diagnosed as this disease. This is the key to diagnosing fetal leakage and must be observed. Treatment Fetal leakage must be differentiated from other bleeding diseases during pregnancy in order to formulate the correct treatment principles, such as: 1. Stimulated menstruation: also known as "pregnancy menstruation", "dirty fetus" and "full fetus". The key points to distinguish between the two are: bleeding due to miscarriage comes at an untimely time and is accompanied by systemic symptoms; while bleeding due to menstruation comes at the right time for women with excessive blood flow, and does not harm the fetus. As the fetus grows, the bleeding will stop on its own and there is no need for medication. 2. Sudden bleeding during pregnancy; in this disease, the pregnant woman is unaware of the bleeding. Sudden and heavy bleeding, like metrorrhagia, is commonly known as "uterine hemorrhage during pregnancy". The bleeding time is mostly in the late pregnancy, which is similar to the bleeding caused by placenta previa in obstetrics. It is different from the dripping blood of abortion. The key to distinguishing it is as stated in Chen Su'an's Supplementary Explanation of Gynecology: Prenatal Miscellaneous Symptoms: "… the key is the word 'sudden'. Sudden means that the pregnant woman does not feel the blood coming quickly, which is not the same as ordinary abortion." 3. Fetal movement disorder: It may develop from fetal leakage. Vaginal bleeding after pregnancy. There will be abdominal pain and sinking, or accompanied by low back pain. The difference between the two is as explained in the Heart Method of Pregnancy and Childbirth: "Both fetal movement and fetal leakage can cause bleeding and abdominal pain, while fetal leakage does not cause abdominal pain." 4. Remaining fetal death: refers to the fetus that dies in the mother's womb and cannot be delivered on its own for a long time. If this disease occurs in early pregnancy, it is easy to be confused with fetal bleeding due to a small amount of vaginal bleeding. The outcomes of the two examinations may be completely different, so the treatments may also be completely different, and it is important to distinguish them during clinical diagnosis. Retained fetus may occur at any stage of pregnancy. In addition to vaginal bleeding, the breasts may become soft or shrink, and the abdomen may be significantly smaller than the gestational month. If the fetus is stillborn for too long, there may also be symptoms such as general fatigue, loss of appetite, and a falling lower abdomen, foul smell from the mouth, a dark purple tongue, and a sluggish pulse. "B" type ultrasound imaging. It is helpful for the diagnosis of this disease. It can be distinguished from tire leakage. 5. Difficulty in retaining the fetus: It often develops from fetal leakage and fetal movement disorder. Its clinical manifestations are as follows: the amount of blood is the same as or exceeds the amount of menstrual blood, and the pain in the waist and abdomen has become more and more severe. During the gynecological examination, it can be seen that the cervix is dilated, or amniotic fluid is flowing out, or fetal membrane tissue is blocking the cervix. This can be distinguished from fetal leakage by the small amount of bleeding without abdominal pain. The treatment for fetal leakage can stop bleeding and stabilize the fetus; if the fetus is difficult to retain, it is better to abort it. As stated in "Jing Yue Quan Shu·Rules for Women": "If there is abdominal pain with excessive bleeding, and lower back pain and prolapse that are difficult to retain, there is nothing better than taking Jue Jin Jian or Wu Wu Jian to help the bleeding go out. This is the most appropriate method." |
