When having their period, every woman must be extra careful, take good care of herself in all aspects of life, and closely observe whether her menstruation is normal, because there are many abnormal phenomena in menstruation, such as very little or very much menstrual flow, some people will have blood clots in their menstruation, and some people will even find that they discharge flesh during their period. These are all abnormal phenomena. What is going on? What is the matter with the meat discharged during menstruation? I don't know how long this has been going on. In my current situation, dysmenorrhea usually only hurts on the first day, and then it goes away. If the pain continues for a few days, consider whether there is inflammation. It is best to go to the hospital for a check-up and anti-inflammatory treatment. The meat-like stuff that comes out of the menstrual period should still be blood clots, but they contain some shed endometrium. If the blood clots stay in the uterus for a long time, they will form fibers, which will be very elastic when pinched. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, this situation should be caused by uterine cold. It is recommended to take some Chinese medicine for treatment. The prescription is as follows: 10 grams of Evodia rutaecarpa, 12 grams of Chuanxiong, 15 grams of Angelica sinensis, 12 grams of White Peony Root, 10 grams of Paeonia lactiflora, 9 grams of cinnamon, 5 slices of ginger, 10 grams of Pinellia, 12 grams of Ophiopogon japonicus, 15 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, and 15 grams of donkey-hide gelatin. I believe it will get better slowly, so please don't worry. This may be membranous dysmenorrhea. Those things are endometrial tissue, but unlike the shedding of endometrium during normal menstruation, the shedding of the endometrium of patients with membranous dysmenorrhea is uneven, and because the membrane is hard and in lumps, it will cause strong contraction of the uterine muscles when it falls off, so the pain is severe. Because the membrane-like lumps are not blood clots formed by menstrual blood, you can rinse the membrane-like lumps in water to see the result after rinsing, so as to distinguish them from blood clots formed by menstrual blood. If it is a blood clot, it will dissolve after rinsing with water, but this is not the case with the membrane-like lumps. After rinsing, the menstrual water on the surface will dissipate and its true face will be revealed - endometrial tissue. Dr. Zhu Nansun believes that the pathogenesis of membranous dysmenorrhea is stagnation of Qi and blood, which causes pain. This is a positive syndrome and should be treated by promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, regulating Qi and relieving pain. However, this disease cannot be cured by general blood-activating and blood-stasis-removing drugs or qi-regulating and analgesic drugs. It also depends on the effectiveness of the drugs. If the effectiveness of the drugs is insufficient, the expected therapeutic effect will not be achieved. |
