100g corn flour, 100g whole wheat flour, 5g yeast, 4g sugar (sugar is only used to activate the yeast and make the fermentation faster, not to increase the sweetness), 1g baking soda, wolfberry, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, raisins as appropriate, to spread on the surface of the steamed cake

1. Slowly pour boiling water into corn starch;

2. Stir corn flour into a paste and set aside;

6. Prepare a steamer, cover the steamed cake paste with a lid, and put it in the pot to ferment. After it has fermented to 1.5-2 times its size, you can steam it directly. If you move the batter after it has fermented, the bubbles in the batter will burst and the steamed cake will be hard. The steamed cake should be soft with many holes.

Tips

1. Boil cornmeal in boiling water.

2. The batter should be thin.

3. Do not move the container containing the batter after it starts to ferment.
