The method of cervical puncture biopsy is: after disinfecting the private parts, vagina, and cervix, use a specially made puncture biopsy forceps to take a small piece of tissue according to the location and requirements of the lesion, put it in 10% formalin solution to fix it, send it to the laboratory for cutting, coloring, observation and analysis under a microscope, and then make a pathological diagnosis.
