Chest support

Method: Use both hands alternately to push up from the bottom of one breast to the nipple and massage for 2 seconds each time. After about 2 to 3 minutes, gently pull the nipple outwards several times and then switch to the other breast.

Second, supplement breast nutrition

Sagging breasts are most likely caused by malnutrition of the breasts, resulting in the loss of nutrients such as collagen and vitamins that support the breasts. Supplement protein, vitamins, zinc and other nutrients in your diet.

Vegetables: Carrots, cauliflower, cabbage, walnuts, etc. are rich in vitamins, which can help promote the secretion of sex hormones in the body, maintain firm breasts and make them bigger.
