How to prevent stretch marks?

Three months after a woman becomes pregnant, irregular lines will appear on her belly. These lines are called stretch marks. As the fetus grows, the stretch marks will become more and more serious. In the later stages of pregnancy, the belly will feel itchy and you will always want to scratch it. However, if you do some preventive work during pregnancy, stretch marks will not be very obvious in the later stages of pregnancy. So how to prevent stretch marks? We can start from the following aspects.

Prevention of stretch marks:

1. Balanced diet: Rich vitamins and minerals should be supplemented during pregnancy. Since collagen fibers themselves are made of protein, you can consume more protein-rich foods. Avoid consuming foods that are too oily, sweet (prone to obesity), or too salty (prone to edema).

2. Weight gain: In terms of the extent of weight gain during pregnancy, the monthly weight gain should not exceed 2 kg, and should be controlled between 11 and 14 kg throughout the pregnancy.

3. Use a belly support belt: it can bear the gravity burden of the abdomen and reduce excessive stretching and pulling of the skin.

4. Pay attention to physical exercise. You can use professional stretch mark repair cream for massage and insist on cold water baths to enhance skin elasticity. At the same time, you should also pay attention to nutrition and eat more protein-rich foods to increase skin elasticity.

5. You can use some professional pregnancy cream for massage. Start making circles with your hands from the center of the breast and move up to the clavicle. Start with your hands from the outer edge of the breast and massage in small circles in a spiral motion. Gently grasp both breasts with your palms and pull them upwards slightly, but don't squeeze too hard. Just spend 5 minutes massaging after taking a shower every day, repeating each action 8-10 times.

Precautions

All kinds of nutrients such as vegetables, fruits, carbohydrates, proteins, fats, etc. must be consumed, but the amount of vegetables and fruits should account for the largest proportion.
