What can't you eat if you have ovarian cysts?

In recent years, the incidence of ovarian cysts is still relatively high, which has a great impact on women's health. It is necessary to go to the hospital for timely diagnosis and examination. In addition to regular treatment, you should maintain an optimistic and cheerful attitude, be able to relax and work hard, get enough rest, strengthen diet conditioning, understand some dietary taboos, and eat more foods that help improve immunity.

As for the dietary issues that many women are concerned about, traditional Chinese medicine does believe that many factors such as mental stress and eating disorders can lead to qi stagnation, blood stasis or phlegm coagulation, thus forming cysts. Good eating habits can play a positive auxiliary role in preventing or even eliminating cysts.

Longan, placenta (human placenta), red dates, donkey-hide gelatin, royal jelly (honey is sweet and mild, neither warm nor dry, so it does not belong to this category) and other foods that are hot, coagulant, and contain hormones will promote the growth of cysts and should be avoided;

Dog meat, goose meat, mutton, shrimp, crab, eel, salted fish, black fish and other "irritating foods", chili peppers, peppercorns, raw onions, raw garlic, alcohol and other irritating foods are also suspected of "aiding and abetting" in traditional Chinese medicine, so they should be avoided as much as possible.

As for smoked, moldy, fried, pickled and other carcinogenic foods, no one should eat too much of them, and people with ovarian cysts should pay special attention.

Foods such as seahorses, turtles, dragon ball tea, hawthorns, and mushrooms are believed by traditional Chinese medicine to have anti-ovarian tumor effects;

Seafood such as soft-shelled turtle, kelp, seaweed, and oysters have the effects of cooling blood, activating blood circulation, softening and dispersing nodules, and can promote the absorption of cysts;

Foods rich in cellulose, trace elements and vitamins, such as cabbage, asparagus, celery, spinach, cucumber, winter melon, fruits, etc., can enhance the body's ability to resist diseases;

Common ingredients such as lean meat, chicken, eggs, quail eggs, tofu, etc. are high in protein, low in fat and cholesterol. They are the first choice for people who do not have any illness, and are even better for those with ovarian cysts.
