How to check for fallopian tube obstruction?

In the case of infertility, fallopian tube obstruction can be said to be a common factor, so of course we should pay attention to examination and treatment. Common treatments include laparoscopy or X-ray hysterosalpingography, and hysterosalpingography under ultrasound.

1. Laparoscopic examination: Use an endoscope to directly enter the abdominal cavity to observe the condition of the fallopian tubes, and it has a therapeutic effect on fallopian tube obstruction or adhesion.

2. X-ray hysterosalpingography: X-ray hysterosalpingography can show the size, shape and position of the uterine cavity and the shape of the fallopian tubes on the fluorescent screen and X-ray images.

3. Ultrasonic examination: Ultrasonic examination of the fallopian tubes includes conventional ultrasound examination and ultrasound fluid infusion. During routine examinations, some hydrosalpinx can be detected on ultrasound, showing as thickened liquid dark areas on both sides of the uterus. However, ultrasound cannot confirm whether it is hydrosalpinx or ovarian cyst. It can only be diagnosed as: indicating the possibility of hydrosalpinx.

4. Hysterosalpingography under ultrasound: There are negative contrast agents and positive contrast agents. Negative contrast agents can be normal saline, and positive contrast agents can be hydrogen peroxide, carbon dioxide foaming agent, ultrasonic crystal oxygen, hand-vibrated microbubble, acoustic microscopy, etc.
