Often feel dizzy and insomnia? These are the reasons

Insomnia is an increasingly common phenomenon in our lives today. Many people may just worry about their lack of sleep and lack of energy, but they do not really pay attention to the symptom of insomnia. In fact, this is a big mistake. What we need to do is to face this disease actively, find out the root cause, and then effectively prevent and treat it.

1. Emotional instability

Nowadays, the pace of our lives is getting faster and faster. Many young people cannot relax effectively due to their nervous emotions. If this accumulates over a long period of time, they will easily suffer from insomnia. For example, setbacks in life, pressure from studying, unfulfilled wishes, etc. will cause us to have psychological and physiological reactions, which can easily lead to abnormal functions of our nervous system, cause brain dysfunction, and then cause insomnia.

2. Improper diet

Many teenagers like to drink alcohol at night, which can easily lead to insomnia. Some people have too high expectations for sleep, thinking that as long as they sleep well they will be immune to all poisons, but if they don't sleep well, they will get sick. Such thoughts can make us more likely to suffer from insomnia and create a huge psychological burden.

3. Adolescence is a turning point

As we all know, adolescence is a transitional stage from a boy to a man, and from a girl to a woman. These are inevitable phenomena and inevitable changes. During this transformation process, adolescents may suffer from insomnia due to sexual psychological factors, intense study pressure, social pressure, etc.

4. Physical illness

Physical diseases that are likely to cause insomnia in teenagers include heart disease, kidney disease, asthma, ulcer disease, arthritis, gastrointestinal disease, hyperthyroidism, etc. When these diseases occur at night, patients will suffer from the disease and then experience insomnia.

5. Personality traits

You should know that there is a very complex correlation between personality and insomnia. Neuroticism is heritable to a certain extent, and people with high neuroticism tend to experience more negative emotional experiences. Therefore, neurosis is also one of the reasons why teenagers suffer from insomnia.
