How to change an acidic body constitution into an alkaline body constitution

In modern life, many people have acidic constitution problems due to the fast-paced life, high-intensity stress, irregular diet, frequent overeating, etc. An acidic body constitution is the root cause of many physical diseases. So how can we change an acidic body constitution into an alkaline one?

1. Drink less synthetic drinks

1: Many people like to drink beer, cola, or buy some other beverages to drink. In fact, these are the culprits of acidic physique. Therefore, we must drink less synthetic beverages in our daily life and drink more boiled water or other healthy teas.

2. Eat more of the following fruits

1: Apples, bananas, coconuts, black currants, oranges, tomatoes, etc. are all alkaline fruits. We must eat more of these healthy fruits in our diet. On the one hand, they supplement the vitamins needed by the human body, and on the other hand, they help ourselves to become alkaline physiques and reduce the possibility of illness.

If your main drinking water is boiled water, then this little trick may be useful to you; we are always accustomed to not turning off the fire when boiling water, and let the water boil for a while, which is correct; but be careful to open the lid of the kettle for about 3 minutes after the water boils, so that the acid and harmful substances in the water can evaporate with the steam, and it is best to drink the boiled water on the same day and not overnight.

6. Eat more of the following vegetables

1: Generally speaking, vegetables that are black, white, or blue in color are alkaline, such as fungus, shiitake mushrooms, hericium erinaceus, cabbage, eggplant, etc. In life, we should eat more of these vegetables, reduce the intake of junk fast food, and help ourselves complete the transformation and transition of our physical constitution as soon as possible.

7: Anyone who enters after 8:00 p.m.

Eating late is called midnight snack. Eating midnight snack will make you tired and unable to get out of bed the next day. When you sleep, you are in a resting state, so the food left in the intestines will turn sour, ferment, and produce toxins that harm the body.
