During pregnancy, exercise should mainly consist of gentle aerobic exercise. For example: skipping rope, walking, skating, aerobics, swimming, etc. There are a few things to keep in mind when exercising:

First, water must be replenished in time. Water will be continuously lost during exercise. It is best to drink water every 15 minutes during exercise to replenish the water lost by the body. There is no need to wait until you are thirsty to drink water.

Second, special attention should be paid to the intensity of exercise. Do not overexert yourself and do it within your ability. It is particularly important to point out that when doing yoga, one should not be too concerned about the standards of the movements, so as to avoid straining muscles and ligaments. When there is a lack of exercise, the physical fitness is relatively weak. High-intensity physical exercise should be avoided suddenly to prevent headaches and dizziness.

The intensity of exercise can be increased slowly. If conditions permit, exercising in a place with lush flowers and green trees is very beneficial to the body, as the air is fresh and oxygen is abundant.

We are usually busy at work and have little time for exercise, so we have to make use of some of our free time. For example: do some light exercise on the way to and from get off work, before going to bed, and when you wake up in the morning.

The most important thing during pregnancy is to relax and maintain a good mood, so that the future baby can have an optimistic and cheerful personality. During pregnancy, just maintain a normal and healthy life and schedule.
