Why do women want to urinate but can’t?

We often encounter some small situations in life, such as wanting to pee but not being able to. Although this is not a big deal, it is also an abnormality of the body. Of course, it may be that the body has been a little unwell in recent days, so a small problem has occurred. Of course, we still have to pay attention to these small details to prevent more serious things from happening. So what is going on when you are faced with this situation where you can't pee?

Considering that it is caused by urinary tract infection, further urine routine test is needed for diagnosis. Antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs are needed for treatment. 2-3 drugs should be selected and used in combination according to the type of pathogen and its sensitivity to drugs. The curative effect is better. The drug should be continued for 7-10 days before stopping after the symptoms disappear completely, the urine test is normal, and the bacterial culture is negative. Drink more water to increase urine volume and flush the urethra. When there is frequent urination, urgency and pain when urinating, antispasmodic drugs 654-2 tablets can be taken.

In general, patients with urinary tract infections should drink more water and urinate frequently. Drinking at least 2 liters of water and urinating every 2-3 hours is the most practical and effective method. Some bacteria can be removed through the flushing effect of large amounts of urine. Always pay attention to the cleanliness of the genitals to prevent bacteria from the urethral opening from entering the urinary tract and causing urinary tract infection again.

Avoid catheterization whenever possible to avoid introducing bacteria into the urinary tract. Women who are prone to urinary tract infections should advise their husbands to clean their genitals in addition to cleaning their own vulva before having sex, because during sexual intercourse, bacteria around the female urethra and urethral opening can be squeezed into the posterior urethra and bladder, causing infection.

If it is really a urinary tract infection, everyone must pay attention, especially in daily diet, pay attention to eating less gas-causing foods, and also don't eat too much irritating foods, alcohol and desserts, and eat less pork, chicken and eggs. So if it is really a urinary tract infection, everyone must go to the hospital for a check-up.
