How to exercise your chest?

Breasts are one of the features that distinguish women from men, and are also the most attractive and charming part of the body. Many women think that chest training is a man's thing and has nothing to do with women. They are afraid that exercising will affect their appearance and form very strong and developed pectoral muscles. In fact, this is not the case. Certain exercises will make women's breasts more charming, more beautiful and more confident.

1. Push-ups

Place your hands on the ground with your arms and legs spread out, place your feet on a bench, and hook your toes together on the edge of the bench. Move your body vertically downward, making sure to keep your torso and legs straight as you move. Continue until your arms are bent to 90 degrees and your chest touches the floor, then slowly return to the original position in the opposite direction. Do not fully straighten your elbows at the top of the movement. Try to do 8-12 repetitions slowly.

2. Kneeling chest exercise

Kneel on the ground, place your hands on the ground, keep your torso and legs straight, and move your body vertically downward. Try to contract your abdominal muscles. Move your body down until your arms are bent at 90 degrees, slowly move down until your chest touches the ground, then slowly return to the starting position in the opposite direction. Also, don't fully straighten your elbows at the top of the movement. It should not be too intense at the beginning. Take 20 times as a group, 3 groups a day is suitable. From then on, you can increase the number of times and sets month by month according to your own environment.

3. Chest expansion and contraction

Move your arms to your chest, put your palms together, inhale, press your palms tightly together, and spread your elbows horizontally. While exhaling, try to straighten your upper body so that your chest feels pulled, as if the front and back of your upper body and chest are stretched. Continue for 10 seconds and then relax your body.

These exercise methods will make women's breasts more upright and fuller. This is more cost-effective for women than going to the hospital for surgery. It avoids risks, reduces financial investment, exercises the body and has a bodybuilding effect. Moreover, breast exercise can make women more confident.
