What should we pay attention to in the middle stage of breast hyperplasia?

Many female friends often feel obvious pain when touching their breasts, but no lumps are found when pressing with their hands. This is also a form of breast hyperplasia, which may be related to endocrine disorders. During treatment, special attention should be paid to diet and lifestyle to minimize stimulation to the breasts.

Endocrine disorders are the main cause

"The main manifestation of female breast hyperplasia is the growth of lumps in the breast, often accompanied by varying degrees of pain before and after menstruation. The pain is generally distending pain, rarely tingling." Experts say that breast hyperplasia is caused by endocrine disorders in women, excessive estrogen secretion, and decreased progesterone, which stimulate the breast, causing dilation of the breast tissue ducts and hyperplasia of the mammary lobular epithelial cells.

Data show that about 50% to 60% of women of childbearing age have varying degrees of breast hyperplasia. So why is breast hyperplasia so common? Experts say that there are many causes of endocrine disorders in women. In addition to factors such as high estrogen intake in the diet, modern women may have their condition aggravated by excessive social pressure, excessive work fatigue, and bad mood.

Eat less high-sugar and high-fat foods

Breast hyperplasia is a common breast disease in women. How to prevent it and reduce the harm to women's health? Experts recommend the following points:

Check yourself regularly. It is recommended that women of childbearing age perform self-examination once a week. During the examination, face the mirror, raise your right arm, put the four fingers of your left hand together, and use the fingertips to check the breast in a clockwise direction to see if there are any lumps or other changes. Then use the same method to check the right breast.

Have a physical examination at least once a year. Women should have a breast examination at least once a year before the age of 35. After the age of 35, if there is breast hyperplasia, they should have a examination every 4 to 6 months to detect possible early lesions.

Breast hyperplasia can cause severe pain to patients. If it is not effectively treated for a long time, it may further develop and even cause breast cancer, endangering the patient's life. It is best to go to the hospital for breast examinations regularly, and if any situation is found, treatment should be sought in time.
