Bring your knees together, then fold your upper leg and place your ankle on the sole of your foot, with all your toes resting on the ground. Use both hands to push evenly, and twist your body as you exhale to twist your waist and abdomen, increasing vitality and blood supply to the spine. This is a seated exercise.

Side Angle Twist

Open your legs wider than one leg, then bend your front leg to 90 degrees and twist your upper body so that your lower hand is against the ground. The arms and bent front leg should be touching each other, using this resistance to assist in the twist. The upper arm is stretched over the head, and the spine should be in a straight line, that is, from the fingertips of the upper hand to the heel of the back foot, the whole body should be kept in a straight line without twisting, so as to fully stretch the body. This pose is more difficult than the triangle twist. If you can't do it, you can put a brick under your lower hand.

Chair Bharadwaja

Benefits: This is an especially good pose for treating lower back pain. And because it requires twisting, it will have a good effect on the digestive system and the entire waist and abdominal area. When sitting on a chair, place your feet on the ground with your calves at 90 degrees. You can hold a brick vertically between the insides of your knees to help you stabilize your legs without tilting your pelvis. Grab the back of the chair with both hands and start to inhale and stretch the spine upward. As you exhale, rotate the entire spine from the base of the pelvis. Pull the organs apart, open up the appropriate space, and twist to squeeze out the toxins in the body.

The above three yoga methods are all aimed at postpartum abdominal fat. The abdominal fat becomes relatively loose after delivery, so as long as you practice yoga to slowly tighten them, the abdomen will slowly become thinner. Some yoga moves are difficult to do.
