What are the symptoms of bleeding from chronic pelvic inflammatory disease?

There are many female friends who suffer from various gynecological diseases, and many women are troubled by gynecological diseases. Diseases such as adnexitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, uterine fibroids, cervical erosion, etc. are very common and often cause women to experience many uncomfortable symptoms. For example, some women experience bleeding during their non-menstrual period. So, what disease causes this condition?

Conditions that cause bleeding:

1. Pelvic inflammatory disease causes irregular menstruation in women, which may cause symptoms of a small amount of vaginal bleeding before or after menstruation.

2. Women have sexual intercourse after suffering from pelvic inflammatory disease, which may cause vaginal contact bleeding in women. This is also a common cause of bleeding in women after being infected with pelvic inflammatory disease.

3. If pelvic inflammatory disease is not treated in time, the inflammation will spread and infect women, causing adnexitis or vaginitis, which may cause bleeding symptoms in women.

Symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease

Lower abdominal distension and pain, and lumbar and sacral soreness, sometimes accompanied by anal distension and discomfort, often worsens after fatigue, sexual intercourse, and before and after menstruation. This is due to scar adhesions formed by chronic inflammation and pelvic congestion.

Dysmenorrhea:

Almost more than half of the patients have this symptom, which is characterized by lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain or pelvic pain that begins a few days before menstruation. Some gradually turn into spasmodic pain, which is most severe on the day before or on the first day of menstruation and is significantly relieved after the second day of menstruation.

Increased vaginal discharge:

Due to pelvic congestion, patients may experience symptoms such as increased leucorrhea and increased menstruation. Menstrual disorders may occur when ovarian function is impaired. Adhesions and blockage of the fallopian tubes can cause infertility.

If a female friend has bleeding symptoms outside of her menstrual period, she should take it seriously as she may be suffering from pelvic inflammatory disease. She should pay attention to timely examination and treatment. Do not be shy about seeing a doctor because it is a disease of private parts. Doing so will often make the disease worse and more difficult to treat.
