If the cancer develops further, it will be more likely to bleed.

4. Endometriosis. Some endometriosis grows on the cervix and appears as blue-purple nodules. If you encounter such blue-purple ectopic nodules during intercourse, it will cause bleeding. The bleeding is usually small in amount and dark red in color. Abdominal pain often occurs after intercourse.

5. Pelvic inflammatory disease. Pelvic inflammation can cause pelvic congestion. If the endometrium is congested and edematous, the congested endometrium may ooze out after sex, but this happens rarely.
