Preparation: First put honeysuckle and chrysanthemum into a casserole, boil them to get the thick juice, remove the residue, take 200 ml of juice, then put them into the casserole together with the washed japonica rice, add appropriate amount of water, and cook into porridge. Take warm every morning and evening. (Note: This porridge is not suitable for patients with weak constitution and prone to diarrhea.
